プライバシーポリシー
「ふってギター」（英語名「ShakeStrum」。以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、 本ポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。

2. 取得する情報と利用目的
2-1. 端末内にのみ保存される情報（外部送信なし）
本アプリは以下の情報を端末内（アプリの保存領域）に保存しますが、外部サーバーへ送信しません。
- 設定（言語、音色、音量、感度、テンポなど）
- 選んだキーと使用するコード
- ユーザーが登録したコード進行（曲名とコードの並び）と、入力途中の下書き
- 全画面広告の表示回数と最後に表示した時刻（表示の間隔を調整するため）
- フル機能版を購入済みかどうか（通信できないときも購入済みの機能を使えるようにするため）
これらの情報はアプリのアンインストール、または端末設定からのアプリデータ削除によって消去されます。
2-2. モーションセンサーの情報
本アプリは、スマートフォンを振ったときにコードを鳴らすため、加速度センサーおよびジャイロスコープの値を使用します。 これらの値は端末内で振りの判定にのみ使用し、保存・外部送信は一切行いません。
2-3. 広告配信（Google AdMob）
本アプリは Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob による広告（バナー広告、インタースティシャル広告）を表示します。 AdMob は広告の配信と効果測定のため、以下の情報を取得・利用することがあります。
- 広告 ID（AAID / IDFA）等の端末識別子
- IP アドレス、およびそれに基づくおおよその位置情報（市区町村レベル）
- 端末モデル、OS バージョン等の端末情報
- 広告の表示・クリック等のイベント情報
iOS では、広告 ID（IDFA）の利用について App Tracking Transparency の許可ダイアログでユーザーの同意を確認します。 許可しなくても本アプリはすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスなど同意が必要な地域では、Google の同意管理ツール（User Messaging Platform）で 広告についての同意を確認してから広告を表示します。同意しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけます （その場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告などが表示されることがあります）。 同意は、本アプリの「設定 → 広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます。
ユーザーは端末設定により広告 ID のリセットおよびパーソナライズド広告のオプトアウトを行うことができます。

2-4. アプリ内課金（フル機能版）
本アプリでは、フル機能版をアプリ内課金（買い切り）で販売しています。 お支払いは Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が処理し、当社はクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報や、 お客様のアカウント情報を受け取りません。 本アプリは購入済みかどうかを確認するため、端末からストアに問い合わせます。 購入の取り扱いは、各ストアのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
フル機能版をご購入いただいた場合、広告（上記 2-3）は表示しません。
2-5. 利用状況の解析について
本アプリは、利用状況の解析ツール（アクセス解析）を使用していません。 また、下記 2-6 のお問い合わせを除き、当社へ情報を送信する機能はありません。
2-6. お問い合わせ
本アプリの「設定 → お問い合わせ」から、Google LLC が提供する Google フォームを使ってお問い合わせいただけます。 お問い合わせの際、次の情報を当社が受け取ります。
- ご入力いただいた内容（お問い合わせの種類、内容、返信の要否）
- 返信先としてご入力いただいたメールアドレス（任意）
- アプリが自動で入力する端末の情報（アプリのバージョン、OS とその種類、ブラウザ情報（User Agent）、画面の大きさ、言語、使用中の音色、フル機能版かどうか）。送信前に内容を確認できます
これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの回答と、不具合の調査・改善のためにのみ使用し、第三者に販売・提供することはありません。 お問い合わせの内容は、対応が終わってから 1 年以内に削除します。 Google フォームでの情報の取扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーにも従います。
3. EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方へ（GDPR）
EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）、英国 GDPR およびスイス連邦データ保護法が適用される方には、次の内容が当てはまります。

- 取り扱う目的と法的根拠
- パーソナライズされた広告の表示、そのための端末への情報の保存・読み取り：ユーザーの同意（GDPR 第6条1項(a)）
- パーソナライズされていない広告の表示、不正防止、広告の効果測定：正当な利益（同条1項(f)）。 詳しい取り扱いは Google のポリシーに従います
- フル機能版の購入の確認：契約の履行（同条1項(b)）
- 当社が保持するデータ：お問い合わせ（上記 2-6）でお送りいただいた情報を除き、当社はユーザーの個人データを保持していません。 設定や登録したコード進行は、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます
- お問い合わせの情報の法的根拠と保持期間：お問い合わせへの対応という正当な利益（同条1項(f)）に基づいて取り扱い、 対応が終わってから 1 年以内に削除します
- 国外への移転：広告配信のため、Google がデータを米国など EEA・英国・スイスの外で処理することがあります。 Google は、EU・米国データプライバシーフレームワークや標準契約条項などの保護措置のもとでデータを移転します
- 保持期間：AdMob が取得するデータの保持期間は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います
- ユーザーの権利：ご自身のデータへのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、異議の申し立て、データポータビリティ、 および同意の撤回（撤回前の処理の適法性には影響しません）を求めることができます。 広告についての同意は「設定 → 広告のプライバシー設定」から撤回できます。 Google が保持するデータについては Google のツール（https://myaccount.google.com/） からも管理できます。その他のご請求は [email protected] までご連絡ください
- 苦情の申し立て：お住まいの国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります
4. 端末の機能・権限について
本アプリは次の機能・権限を、それぞれ以下の目的のためにのみ使用します。
- インターネット通信：広告配信と、アプリ内課金（購入済みかどうかの確認）のため
- モーションセンサー（加速度・ジャイロスコープ）：振ってコードを鳴らすため。端末内でのみ処理し、外部に送信しません
- 振動：コードを鳴らしたときや弦に触れたときの触覚フィードバックのため
- 画面の自動消灯の防止：演奏画面を表示している間、画面が消えないようにするため
- 音量ボタン：演奏画面でコード進行を選んでいる間、音量ボタンでコードを切り替えるため（設定でオフにできます）。 iOS ではこの機能の使用中、端末の音量が一時的に固定されます
- トラッキング（iOS）：上記 2-3 の広告のため。許可するかどうかはユーザーが選べます
本アプリは、カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、写真などへのアクセスを要求しません。
5. 第三者への情報提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーに関する情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。 AdMob による情報の取扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。 保護者の方は、お子様が本アプリを使用される際、本ポリシーをご確認のうえご利用ください。
7. データの保持期間と削除
お問い合わせ（上記 2-6）でお送りいただいた情報を除き、当社が保持するユーザーのデータはありません。 お問い合わせの内容は、対応が終わってから 1 年以内に削除します。それより前の削除をご希望の場合は、 [email protected] までご連絡ください。
端末上の保存データを削除したい場合は、本アプリをアンインストールするか、端末設定からアプリのデータを消去してください。
AdMob 側で保管されるデータの保持期間と削除の方法は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリのストア掲載ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。

ShakeStrum (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information we handle and why
2-1. Information stored only on your device (never sent)
The App stores the following on your device and does not send it to any server:
- Settings (language, sound, volume, sensitivity, tempo, etc.)
- The selected key and the chords you use
- Chord progressions you save (song name and chord order) and unsaved drafts
- How many full-screen ads have been shown and when the last one was shown (to space them out)
- Whether you have bought the full version (so purchased features work even when offline)
This information is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.
2-2. Motion sensor data
To play a chord when you shake your phone, the App reads the accelerometer and gyroscope. These readings are used only on your device to detect the motion and are never stored or sent.
2-3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads (banner and interstitial) provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver ads and measure their performance, AdMob may collect and use:
- Device identifiers such as the advertising ID (AAID / IDFA)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (city level)
- Device information such as device model and OS version
- Ad events such as impressions and clicks
On iOS, the App asks for your permission to use the advertising ID (IDFA) through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. All features of the App work even if you do not allow tracking.
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent management tool (User Messaging Platform) before showing ads. You can use the App even if you do not consent (you may then see non-personalized or limited ads). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the App under Settings → Ad privacy.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:

2-4. In-app purchase (full version)
The full version of the App is sold as a one-time in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we do not receive your payment details, such as card numbers, or your account information. To check whether you have bought it, the App asks the store from your device. Purchases are handled under each store's privacy policy.
If you buy the full version, the App does not show ads (section 2-3).
2-5. Analytics
The App does not use any analytics tools. Apart from contacting us (section 2-6), it has no feature that sends information to us.
2-6. Contacting us
You can contact us from Settings → Contact us in the App, using Google Forms, a service of Google LLC. When you do, we receive:
- What you enter (type of inquiry, your message, and whether you need a reply)
- The email address you enter for our reply (optional)
- Device information that the App fills in automatically (app version, operating system and platform, browser information (user agent), screen size, language, the sound in use, and whether you have the full version). You can review it before sending
We use this information only to answer your inquiry and to investigate and fix problems, and we never sell or provide it to third parties. We delete inquiries within one year after we have finished handling them. Information submitted through Google Forms is also subject to Google's privacy policy.
3. If you live in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland (GDPR)
If the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies to you:

- Personalized ads, and storing or reading information on your device for them: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
- Non-personalized ads, fraud prevention and ad measurement: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), as described in Google's policies
- Checking your purchase of the full version: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
- Data we hold: apart from what you send us when you contact us (section 2-6), we hold no personal data about you. Your settings and saved progressions are stored only on your device
- Inquiries — legal basis and retention: we handle them based on our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f)) and delete them within one year after we have finished handling them
- International transfers: to deliver ads, Google may process data outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses
- Retention: data collected by AdMob is kept as described in Google's privacy policy
- Your rights: you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal). Withdraw your ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy. You can also manage data held by Google with Google's tools (https://myaccount.google.com/). For other requests, contact [email protected]
- Complaints: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country
4. Device features and permissions
The App uses the following features and permissions only for the purposes below:
- Internet access: to show ads and to check in-app purchases
- Motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope): to play chords when you shake the phone; processed on the device only and never sent
- Vibration: haptic feedback when a chord plays or when you touch a string
- Keeping the screen on: so the screen does not turn off while the play screen is shown
- Volume buttons: to change chords while a progression is selected on the play screen (can be turned off in Settings). On iOS, the device volume stays fixed while this feature is in use
- Tracking (iOS): for the ads described in 2-3; you choose whether to allow it
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
5. Sharing with third parties
Except as required by law, we do not sell or provide information about users to third parties. Information handled by AdMob is subject to Google's privacy policy.
6. Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians should review this policy before their children use the App.
7. Data retention and deletion
Apart from what you send us when you contact us (section 2-6), we do not hold any user data. We delete inquiries within one year after we have finished handling them; if you would like yours deleted sooner, please contact [email protected].
To delete the data stored on your device, uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.
Retention and deletion of data held by AdMob are governed by Google's privacy policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in laws or new features. If there are significant changes, we will announce them on the App's store page or in the App.
